Each home features open-concept layouts, modern finishes, designer kitchens, ample storage, and in-unit laundry. Select apartments also include private balconies or patios, making it easy to enjoy Arizona’s beautiful weather.

Avora offers flexible lease terms ranging from 1 to 15 months.

Applying is simple. You can submit your application online, which includes a background and credit check and income verification. Once approved, our leasing team will guide you through signing your lease and preparing for move-in.
All occupants age 18 or older must apply. Applicants should have a valid government-issued photo ID and verifiable income. Income must equal 2.5 times the base rent (combined if multiple leaseholders).
No. Avora does not have a minimum credit score requirement. Applications are evaluated based on income, credit history, rental history, background screening, and identity verification.
Yes, guarantors are accepted for income qualification only. Guarantors must earn four times the monthly rent, and only one guarantor is allowed per apartment.
The standard security deposit is typically equal to one month’s rent, though the amount may vary depending on credit history and other factors. The leasing team can provide exact deposit details for each unit and applicant.
Move-in dates depend on current availability and lease terms. Many units are ready for immediate or near-term occupancy, and our leasing team can help coordinate a date that works for your schedule.

Amenities & Community Features

Avora offers resort-inspired amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, clubhouse, business center, media room, conference room, resident lounge with billiards, dog park, picnic areas with BBQ grills, courtyard spaces, and a resort-style pool and spa.

The pool is open 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and the fitness center is open 24 hours a day.
Yes, Avora is a controlled-access, gated community.
Yes, detached garages are available for an additional monthly cost.
Utilities are generally not included in the base rent. Residents are typically responsible for electricity, internet, and other services. Our leasing team can provide estimates for monthly utility costs.

Pet Policy

Yes, Avora is a pet-friendly community and welcomes cats and dogs.

There is a $300 pet deposit fee per pet and $30 monthly pet rent per pet. A maximum of two pets per apartment is allowed. See our pet friendly page for more details.

There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)

  • All Husky & Malamute breeds

Tours at Avora are available escorted in-person or self-guided. You can schedule a tour through our website or by calling the leasing office. Our team will help you find a convenient time and answer any questions about the community or available units.

Renewals & Lease Changes

Renewal offers are sent approximately 75 days before lease expiration and include multiple lease term options.
Yes. Residents may terminate early with 60 days’ written notice and a fee equal to two months’ rent, plus repayment of any concessions.
